Parent Guidance Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for minors using the GotIt platform under parental supervision. It covers parental consent, payment terms, child protection, and other important aspects of our service.

Parental Consent Agreement

• The Parent/Guardian grants consent for the Minor to access and use the Platform for educational purposes, including text-based, audio, and video communication with tutors. • The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the Platform may collect and process the Minor's personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. • The Parent/Guardian agrees to supervise the Minor's usage of the Platform to ensure compliance with guidelines. • Parents/Guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our support team.

Payment Terms Agreement

• Parents/Guardians accept full financial responsibility for any charges related to tutoring services. • The Platform is authorized to charge the provided payment method for any associated fees. • All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in the Platform's Refund Policy. • Parents/Guardians must ensure payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

Terms of Service Agreement

• The Platform serves as an intermediary connecting students with tutors and does not directly provide educational content. • Parents/Guardians and Minors must comply with the Platform's Terms of Service, including guidelines for respectful communication and academic integrity. • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any violations are detected. • Terms of Service may be updated periodically, and continued use implies acceptance of changes.

Child Protection Compliance

• The Platform is committed to protecting the safety and privacy of minors and complies with child protection laws, including the POCSO Act, 2012. • Inappropriate interactions between tutors and minors are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. • Parents/Guardians should report any safety concerns immediately to our support team. • We implement safety measures such as: - Monitored communications - Reporting mechanisms - Restricted tutor interactions

Education-Specific Rules

• All tutors must meet required qualifications and provide educational content aligned with our policies. • The Platform reviews and may remove any inappropriate or non-compliant educational content. • While we verify tutor credentials, we do not guarantee the effectiveness of tutoring services. • Content and tutors are regularly monitored for quality assurance.

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation with a neutral third party. • If mediation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. • The courts of Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters. • All dispute resolution mechanisms must be exhausted before initiating legal action.
