Terms and Conditions

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if younger. Each user is allowed only one account, and users are responsible for maintaining account security. Tutors must provide verified qualifications to offer services. Users must not be previously banned from the platform. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: • Violating T&C • Engaging in fraud • Misconduct towards tutors, learners, or platform staff

Users must respect all members of the platform and follow these guidelines: • Use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities is prohibited • Users must not share, sell, or distribute any tutor's content without permission • Harassment or abuse of any tutor, learner, or staff is strictly forbidden • Cheating, plagiarism, or unethical conduct during tutoring sessions is not allowed • Sharing personal details for off-platform transactions is prohibited

Payment Terms: • Learners must pay in advance for tutoring sessions • Tutors receive payments after successful session completion • Payments are processed via secure payment gateways Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only under the following conditions: • Tutor cancels a session • Learner cancels within the allowed timeframe (5 hours before session) Non-refundable scenarios: • If a learner misses a session without notice • If the learner is dissatisfied but attended the session

• Tutors must provide accurate and high-quality educational services • Tutors must adhere to ethical teaching standards and avoid discrimination • Tutors are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of student data • Tutors cannot solicit learners for off-platform services • Failure to meet obligations may result in account suspension or payment withholding

We collect and store user data only for service delivery and do not sell personal data. The platform complies with GDPR and the Indian IT Act to protect user privacy. Users can request data deletion via contactus@gotit.co.in.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and misconduct: Prohibited Behavior: • Sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or personal advances • Asking for personal contact details or social media connections outside the platform • Sharing offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material • Any form of cyberbullying, discrimination, or threats Safety Guidelines: Do's: • Keep all communication within the platform • Report any inappropriate behavior immediately • Ensure a parent/guardian is aware (for minors) Don'ts: • Share personal numbers, addresses, or social media accounts • Engage in any conversation beyond academic topics • Accept offline meeting requests

Users must attempt mediation through platform support before legal action. Mediation will take place within 30 days of a dispute being raised. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Laws. Arbitration costs will be shared equally unless ruled otherwise.
